Seminars
MATFEM has developed the user-material
MF GenYld + CrachFEM
which may be coupled to a variety of commercial FE codes with
explicit time integration. The model is designed to be modular
and extensible. MF GenYld covers the elasto-plastic behaviour
of metals and polymers with great flexibility in yield loci,
flow rules and hardening. CrachFEM allows for the prediction of
local necking for sheet metals and provides different fracture
criteria for metals, polymers and composites.
These programs are versatile and cannot be used effectively without
suitable training. MATFEM offers introductory and advanced
seminars focussing on modelling metals and polymer materials
with MF GenYld + CrachFEM.
A new seminar introduces MF GenYld’s options to model
continuous process chains. Advanced courses on the experimental
derivation of material parameters for metals and polymers may be
booked separately.
The seminar programme
is available as PDF document.
We hope that the programme suits your needs and we look
forward to seeing you.
